Account Settings

Navigating the Grove platform efficiently requires familiarity with your account settings, the control hub where you manage your organizational preferences. Here, we'll guide you through each component of the Account Settings, ensuring you can tailor your Grove interaction to fit your project's needs and team dynamics perfectly.

Account Avatar

Your account avatar is a uniquely generated image that visually represents your specific account across the Grove ecosystem. While customization is not available at this moment, your avatar plays a key role in helping team members quickly identify and align themselves with your organization within Grove.

Account Name

Change your account name by clicking the "Change Name" button. A popup will allow you to enter a new name. Providing a clear and recognizable account name is crucial as it enhances the experience for other team members by making it easy to associate their work and contributions with the right organization. A well-chosen name fosters a sense of belonging and clarity, ensuring that all team members are aware of the organization they are a part of and can easily navigate within the Grove ecosystem.

Account ID

Your unique organization ID on Grove, for example, 6a01d3c0. This ID is permanent and unique to your account. It serves as a foundational identifier within Grove, enabling precise coordination and security measures for your organization's activities.

Members

Enhance collaboration by inviting new members and manage members access and roles within your Grove account. Click "Invite New Member", input their email, select a role, and send the invitation. Detailed roles and permissions ensure effective team collaboration and operational security.

Managing your Plan

View and adjust your Grove subscription plan. For plan adjustments, click "Upgrade your plan" for options beyond your current subscription. Choose a plan that support your organization's scaling and operational needs. For all plan details, refer to the Grove Pricing.

Upgrading to AutoScale

  1. Navigate to the 'Plans' tab in 'Settings and members'.
  2. Click on the 'Upgrade to AutoScale' button.
  3. Follow the prompts to add your payment information through Stripe.
  4. Review and confirm your upgrade. Your plan will be updated immediately.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to the 'Plans' tab within 'Settings and members'.
  2. Find the section for your current plan.
  3. Click on the 'Stop Subscription' button.
  4. Confirm your cancellation. Your plan will revert to the Starter plan at the end of the current billing period.

Notifications

Configure usage alerts to monitor and manage your relay limits. Activate email alerts at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of your daily quota to prevent overages and maintain control over your usage.
